Are you able to do On The Day Coordination for my venue?

In my work with venues, I specialise in working with your couples through the planning phase, leaving your team on the ground to bring the day to life with the guidance of the documents I supply.

This allows me to take on independent couples for On The Day Coordination work at alternate venues around the state.

I need someone to look at our venue systems, processes and documents. Do you contract to venues for this type of work on an ad hoc basis?

Absolutely! Having a fresh set of experienced eyes coming in to review and refine your wedding systems and processes is an excellent way to ensure you are delivering the best and most efficient service to your couples. Do you act as a one of our team members or do you work with our couples identifying as an independent contractor ?

For me to act as an independent contractor is super confusing for your couples. Thus, I will proudly identify as one of you; just working remotely from the venue. Don’t stress that this appears disjointed - covid has taught me that working remotely is so common nowadays and I will ensure that through site visits and regular communication with you, that my integration into your team will be seamless.

Do you have a workshop schedule?

Because I know how busy wedding season is, my workshops are held in the “off season” - the perfect time for you to catch your breath, upskill and learn some cool new things, and refine what you have been doing.

If there is something in particular that you would love to learn, please reach out and I will see whether this will fit into a scheduled workshop for many or an individual session just for you.

How do your mentoring sessions work?

My Mentoring packages run for 3 months. We meet for 1 hour online once a month for 3 successive months. In these sessions, we will review what you do and how you do it, deep dive into your pain points and find ways to rectify your issues in line with who you are and what is important to you. Through this time, you get access to any of my templates and documents, and to me via constant email support.

I am a huge believer in quality over quantity when it comes to working with people. As such, my availability is limited to only a few mentor clients at a time. Get in touch to be added to my mentoring waitlist to avoid waiting too long.

COUPLES:

Do you only offer On The Day Coordination services to select venues?

No way! If your venue permits external On The Day Coordinators, I am there! Although I am based in Perth, I am more than happy to take a road trip out of the Perth metro area to bring your wedding day to life.

What services do you offer in your On The Day Coordination package?

Pretty much anything that comes with a wedding, I can do! Whether it is setting up, managing your suppliers, welcoming your guests, ensuring your day runs exactly as you envisioned it or packing down - I am here to help. Leave your family and friends to enjoy this day and celebrate with you. Having me onboard will allow you to relax, knowing that everything is completely taken care of and under my experienced eye.
